The Junior Committee’s programme aims at persuading and preparing more sailors to participate more actively in the sport of sailing and in the activities of the Training Committee.

Our main objectives
By collaborating and exchanging knowledge with surrounding junior clubs, we will be regarded as a natural collaboration partner and an elite club.
We will have fun together! We believe that sailing is the greatest thing there is! We will train yacht racers to take the step up to the elite level!
Plotting a course for the future
If we are to succeed in achieving our objectives, we have to plot our course, establish specific interim goals and work consistently to achieve them. We know we will need to correct the course more than once during our journey, but by discussing everything openly and keeping everyone informed, we are convinced that all of us in the collaboration region will be able to reach our designated destination.
Priority boat classes and their current activities
The activities that are already so successfully under way will continue. Laser Radial, for example, has a stable training group with a solid programme. 420 and 29er are growing rapidly at present and need support to make more progress and feel secure that their class will be stable with a good programme.
